Event Eligibility Policy

This event is designed exclusively for healthcare leaders and professionals who are employed by healthcare provider organizations. Attendance is intended to foster meaningful peer-to-peer networking and education among individuals working in healthcare delivery settings.

Eligible Attendees

Registration is open to:

  • Members and non-members of the association who are currently employed by a healthcare provider organization, including:
    • Medical practices and physician groups
    • Clinics and ambulatory care organizations
    • Hospitals and health systems
    • Other healthcare provider organizations involved in the delivery of patient care

Individuals may attend regardless of association membership status, provided they are employed by an eligible healthcare organization.

Ineligible Attendees

The following individuals are not eligible to attend unless specifically invited by the association:

  • Oregon HLA Partner (vendor) Members
  • Vendors, suppliers, consultants, or service providers that market or sell products or services to healthcare organizations.
  • Sales, business development, or marketing representatives of companies serving the healthcare industry.
  • Individuals attending for the purpose of promoting, selling, or soliciting products or services.
  • Employees or representatives of organizations that do not provide direct healthcare services to patients.

Registration Review and Cancellation Policy

All registrations are subject to review by Oregon HLA. If it is determined that a registrant does not meet the event eligibility requirements, the association reserves the right to cancel the registration at its sole discretion. Registrants whose attendance is not permitted under this policy will be notified and any registration fees paid will be refunded, if applicable.
