Managers Time Out Meetings (MTOs): live education in your local community

Managers Time Out (MTO) Meetings provide educational outreach to all geographical areas of Oregon. MTO Meetings are free to attend and open to Practice Managers, Physicians and Healthcare Staff whether a member or non-member of Oregon HLA. Meetings include educational sessions, lite snacks, and networking/happy hour time and last 3-5 hours.

MTO meetings are closed to those who provide products and services to providers unless you are a sponsor of the event.

Seeking MTO Local Community Hosts for 2025

An additional goal of these events is to create interest and participation of Oregon HLA members and healthcare leaders who may not have an opportunity to regularly participate with our association due to travel or budget restrictions. To help in our efforts of bringing educaiton through the state, we are open to co-hosting these events with other healthcare organizations or associations who have a commitment to supporting healthcare leaders through education, resources and networking opportunities. Please let us know if you/your organization would be open to volunteering to serve as a Local Community Host or if you have a connection we should reach out to in your community. Contact Us

If you don’t see your city on our meeting list for 2025, please consider helping us organize an event! As a volunteer Local Community Host, your responsibilities include identifying a good location and spreading the word to medical practice leaders in your area. Oregon HLA will secure sponsors to fund the event, provide education and help with advertisement, details and RSVP process.
